Auto Damage Evaluator / Estimator

Main Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and accurately assess damages.
• Prepare detailed estimates using Mitchell On Demand and Audatex software.
• Manage communications with clients and insurers to follow up on files.
• Advise clients and answer their questions professionally.
• Ensure compliance with GAA standards and the highest repair quality standards.
• Follow estimation files through to vehicle delivery.

Desired Profile

• Experience in auto damage estimation or bodywork required (3 to 5 years).
• Proficiency in Mitchell On Demand and Audatex software; knowledge of SERTI - Administration is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team spirit and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license.
