Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints quickly, according to dealership guidelines
  • Establish and maintain a customer satisfaction system for after-sales service
  • Analyze loyalty reports and make recommendations to management
  • Create and maintain harmonious relationships with customers to foster loyalty and generate referrals
  • Set and uphold high standards of customer service
  • Follow up on sensitive or problematic customer files
  • Analyze satisfaction surveys (CSI) and implement corrective actions
  • Manage escalations and critical situations

Profile Sought

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in the automotive or after-sales field
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle delicate situations
  • Strong sense of listening, empathy, and problem resolution
  • Ability to analyze data and suggest improvement strategies
  • Organization, rigor, and autonomy
  • Proficiency in French; English is an asset
  • Comfort with computer tools

Experience

  • 1 year as Customer Relations Coordinator
  • 1 year as Customer Service Agent
  • 1 year as Appointment Coordinator

Working Conditions

  • Full-time day position, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
