Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints quickly, according to dealership guidelines
- Establish and maintain a customer satisfaction system for after-sales service
- Analyze loyalty reports and make recommendations to management
- Create and maintain harmonious relationships with customers to foster loyalty and generate referrals
- Set and uphold high standards of customer service
- Follow up on sensitive or problematic customer files
- Analyze satisfaction surveys (CSI) and implement corrective actions
- Manage escalations and critical situations
Profile Sought
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the automotive or after-sales field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle delicate situations
- Strong sense of listening, empathy, and problem resolution
- Ability to analyze data and suggest improvement strategies
- Organization, rigor, and autonomy
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset
- Comfort with computer tools
Experience
- 1 year as Customer Relations Coordinator
- 1 year as Customer Service Agent
- 1 year as Appointment Coordinator
Working Conditions

- Full-time day position, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
