CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

Your role and responsibilities

• Prepare customer files and verify that everything is ready for delivery
• Confirm appointments and ensure impeccable follow-up
• Deliver vehicles (new and used) and explain all features and technologies
• Present after-sales service and schedule the first service appointment
• Follow up on financial products and accessories
• Answer customer questions and ensure they leave 100% satisfied
• Manage vehicle registration with the SAAQ and collect final fees
• Ensure post-delivery satisfaction follow-up

• Passionate about customer service and human contact
• Ability to create an authentic connection with customers, both over the phone and in person
• Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
• Experience in the automotive field is considered an asset but not mandatory
• Team spirit, dynamism, and motivation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Open to learning and growing in a dynamic environment
