KPI Solutions Dealership directly supports its clients with their accounting and operational challenges. Our role is to offer concrete and sustainable solutions by providing on-site consulting to several dealerships and positively influencing financial and administrative practices.

Your Role

As an Accounting Expert, you will interact with management, controllers, and administrative teams to understand their realities, identify issues, and propose tailored solutions. Depending on the assignments, you may form a team, review processes, support monthly closings, assist with reorganizations, or temporarily ensure the continuity of certain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the practices and operations of accounting departments
• Assess the quality and reliability of financial information
• Support controllers and teams in their daily, monthly, and annual operations
• Assist in the preparation, review, and production of financial statements
• Identify discrepancies, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Optimize methods, procedures, and accounting processes
• Review task distribution and departmental organization when necessary
• Develop and implement action plans
• Train and develop controllers, managers, and administrative teams
• Support new staff during their onboarding
• Optimize the use of DMS (SERTI / Keyloop) and their integration
• Participate in mandates involving reorganization, transition, acquisition, or practice improvements
• Temporarily assume accounting responsibilities to maintain operational continuity

Desired Profile

• Significant experience in accounting within the auto dealership sector
• Experience in control or equivalent accounting functions
• Mastery of the accounting cycle and financial operations of a dealership
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and explain financial statements
• Excellent knowledge of SERTI / Keyloop; familiarity with other automotive DMS is a plus
• Experience in training, supporting, or developing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Autonomy, rigor, good organizational sense, and discernment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build trust
• Adaptability to different environments, teams, and management styles
• Availability for travel required by assignments
