Your Responsibilities

As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role by actively participating in the financial management of our dealership. Here are some of your main responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the annual budget in agreement with management.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial resources.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee invoicing processes and general accounting.
• Implement and enforce financial policies and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Provide strategic financial advice to improve profitability.
• Analyze financial performance and make recommendations.

Desired Profile

To join our team, you must demonstrate:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong skills in financial analysis and budget management.
• Excellent proficiency with accounting and financial management software.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced communication skills in both French and English.
• Proven leadership and teamwork abilities.
