Role and Responsibilities

• Reporting to the president, you will ensure the management and supervision of the finance department.
• Strategic role in the company's financial management and optimization of accounting processes.
• Oversee the entire complete accounting cycle and internal controls.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage the payroll process and ensure compliance with current standards.
• Perform month-end and year-end closings.
• Manage inventory financing and relationships with financial institutions.
• Participate in budget development and monitor financial performance.
• Supervise and develop the accounting department staff.
• Collaborate with management in financial and operational decision-making.

Profile Sought

• Experience in the automotive field considered a major asset.
• Strong mastery of the full accounting cycle and financial statements.
• Excellent team management and communication skills.
• Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SERTI and Nethris).

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Controller or in an equivalent position.
