Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual budget in close cooperation with management.
• Proactively monitor cash flows and strategically manage financial resources.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee billing processes and general accounting.
• Implement financial policies and adhere to internal procedures.
• Assist and collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
• Provide strategic financial advice to management to optimize profitability.
• Analyze financial performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Desired Profile

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a controller or similar position, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Strong financial analysis and budget management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting and financial management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
