Job Offer: Manager - AMVOQ Financing Central and Sales Director (F&I)

Location and Modality

  • Location accessible within Quebec (Quebec City, Montreal, and regions).
  • Remote work possible; office available in Quebec City.
  • Regular travel within the territory included in the role.

Responsibilities

Management of the AMVOQ Financing Central

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase member utilization of the Central.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, financial institutions, and partners.
  • Promote services and assist members in their usage.
  • Identify new business opportunities and propose growth initiatives.
  • Oversee operational activities, ensure smooth and quality services, and ensure compliance.
  • Establish and monitor performance indicators; analyze results and recommend improvements.
  • Optimize processes, tools, and methods.
  • Provide a professional service experience tailored to members' needs.
  • Act as a resource person for members and partners; collaborate with management on strategic and financial goals.

Sales Direction (F&I)

  • Support the team in processing credit files, especially during peak periods.
  • Present financing options, leasing, and protection products to clients.
  • Prepare, analyze, and process conventional and specialized credit files; collaborate with financial institutions to obtain the best approvals.
  • Maximize transaction profitability while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy of administrative files; work closely with sales teams.
  • Follow up with clients and lenders; adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.

Profile Sought

  • Mandatory experience in auto financing or as a sales director (F&I).
  • Experience in business development, service management, or growth.
  • Knowledge of specialized credit files and credit rebuilding.
  • Ability to develop and maintain lasting business relationships; leadership and proactivity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Ability to analyze results and implement improvements.
  • Professionalism, autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Team spirit and positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency with the following tools (or equivalents): Dealertrack – F&I, Car Dealers Software.
