Sales Parts and Service Representative - Heavy Trucks (Montérégie)

Excellence Peterbilt is a key player in the sale and service of heavy vehicles. We focus on team spirit and excellent customer service to support our partners in the trucking industry. We are looking for a Parts and Service Sales Representative to expand our presence in Montérégie.

Job Mission Be the link between our customers and our solutions by introducing our parts and services and identifying business development opportunities in Montérégie. Support customers throughout their journey and contribute to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote parts and services for heavy trucks to clients and prospects
• Develop and retain an existing customer portfolio while prospecting new accounts
• Represent the company in the field, by phone, and at industry events
• Advise clients based on knowledge of trucking and market trends
• Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat orders
• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue growth targets

Profile Sought

• Proven experience in sales of parts and services in the trucking industry
• Good knowledge of the Montérégie area (south shore/pertinent sectors)
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication
• Enjoyment of challenges and results-oriented mindset
• Bilingual French/English required (fluent communication with a diverse clientele)
