Business Development Manager (B2B) – Magog Ford

Magog Ford, currently undergoing transformation under new management, is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager, results-oriented and capable of driving the growth of our corporate clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively develop corporate clients among companies, entrepreneurs, municipalities, organizations, and fleet managers.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, on-site visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients in the assigned territory.
  • Meet with decision-makers, analyze their needs, and propose tailored solutions (commercial vehicles, fleets, financing, and after-sales services).
  • Present and negotiate comprehensive offers (new and used vehicles, financing, warranties, accessories, and maintenance programs).
  • Follow up on opportunities, quotes, and client files to optimize sales and satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable business relationships by providing personalized consulting services.
  • Represent Magog Ford at events and initiatives for business development.
  • Collaborate with sales, financing, and after-sales teams to deliver an optimal customer experience.
  • Ensure after-sales follow-up and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Keep prospecting activities, follow-ups, and opportunities updated in the CRM.
  • Conduct market analyses and monitor trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Produce performance reports and sales forecasts, and contribute to the development of business strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales and growth objectives.
  • Respect internal policies, compliance standards, and service standards.

Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or sales representation.
  • Experience in the automotive field, commercial vehicles, or business services (asset).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and motivation to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Results-oriented and customer satisfaction focus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in French; English is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and availability for travel within the territory.
  • Professionalism, dynamism, and passion for business development.
