ALBI the Giant is looking for an appointment scheduler and business developer to support customer loyalty and the renewal of automobile contracts. Are you comfortable on the phone, customer service-oriented, and motivated by performance? Join our team in a structured and collaborative environment.
Job Description
In collaboration with sales managers, you will contact existing clients of the ALBI Group to present renewal opportunities and generate qualified appointments at the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing clients of the ALBI Group.
- Present renewal offers and opportunities tailored to their needs.
- Schedule and confirm appointments at the dealership.
- Document customer needs and information in internal tools (CRM).
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure quality follow-up.
Desired Profile
- Experience in customer service (call centers, sales, reception, or other). Experience with an English-speaking clientele is an asset.
- Comfort with outgoing calls and telephone communication.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken (an asset).
- Autonomy, positive attitude, and strong customer service orientation.
- No automotive experience required – training and support provided.
- Motivated by performance and working in a structured and collaborative environment.
Working Conditions and Benefits
- Permanent full-time position, on-site in Mascouche.
- Flexible day and evening hours (until 7 p.m.) and some Saturdays.
- Commission-based compensation: $75,000 to $100,000+ annually, depending on performance.
