Your role

You are the first point of contact and one of the pillars of the call center. Your key missions:

• Qualify and convert inbound leads (web, phone, social networks) into qualified appointments
• Manage calendars and ensure a smooth transition to the sales team
• Track client files and ensure rigorous communication
• Optimize the customer experience even before their arrival at the dealership
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversions

Profile sought

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong organizational sense and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Results-oriented and customer service oriented
• Experience in BDC or call center considered an asset
• Autonomy, proactivity, and a team spirit
