Branch Manager – Heavy-Duty Division Location: Saint-Eustache

Nicoletti Tires & Mechanical is a growing family-owned company focused on performance, collaboration, and talent development. We are looking for a Branch Manager for our Heavy-Duty division in Saint-Eustache.

About the Mission Mobilize and lead the team to exceed customer expectations and ensure the overall performance of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Heavy-Duty branch
• Mobilize, coach, and develop the team
• Guarantee an exceptional customer experience
• Manage the budget and ensure profitability
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions
• Optimize internal processes and operational workflows
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure service quality

Profile Sought

• Motivational leader capable of inspiring and achieving results
• Natural leadership and passion for the profession
• Rigor, organizational skills, and customer orientation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to make decisions and prioritize actions

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in personnel management and branch management
• At least 5 years of experience in customer service
• Knowledge of the transportation field and/or tires (an asset)
