Branch Manager – Heavy-Duty Division Location: Saint-Eustache
Nicoletti Tires & Mechanical is a growing family-owned company focused on performance, collaboration, and talent development. We are looking for a Branch Manager for our Heavy-Duty division in Saint-Eustache.
About the Mission Mobilize and lead the team to exceed customer expectations and ensure the overall performance of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the Heavy-Duty branch
- Mobilize, coach, and develop the team
- Guarantee an exceptional customer experience
- Manage the budget and ensure profitability
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions
- Optimize internal processes and operational workflows
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure service quality
Profile Sought
- Motivational leader capable of inspiring and achieving results
- Natural leadership and passion for the profession
- Rigor, organizational skills, and customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to make decisions and prioritize actions
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in personnel management and branch management
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service
- Knowledge of the transportation field and/or tires (an asset)
