Job Description
As a Dent Repair Technician, you will contribute to restoring vehicles by ensuring the integrity of surfaces and structures, while providing a durable and reliable finish.
Main Responsibilities
- Dent repair while preserving the integrity of the vehicle's surfaces and structure.
- Assess damage, determine appropriate repairs, and plan the intervention.
- Use specialized tools and techniques accurately (hammers, formers and beating modes, suction cups, inspection lamps) to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Collaborate with the body shop team for a complete restoration and prepare the vehicle for finishing.
- Keep the workshop clean and organized; maintain tools and follow safety procedures.
- Participate in quality control and document performed interventions.
- Respect deadlines and customer priorities while ensuring lasting results.
- Show autonomy while knowing when to seek team support.
- Perform specific technical tasks (see below).

Profile / Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in dent repair or related field; demonstrated progression and reliable expertise.
- Autonomous, methodical, and meticulous, with a constant concern for quality and detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team; excellent time and priority management.
- Ability to quickly diagnose damages and propose suitable solutions.
- Professional or technical training in dent repair or bodywork is an asset.
- Respect for safety standards and workshop procedures.
- Driver’s license.
