Dent Repairer(-ess) - Mercedes-Benz Body Shop of Quebec

The Theetge Group, owner of the Mercedes-Benz Body Shop of Quebec, is seeking a Dent Repairer(-ess) to join a team dedicated to high-end vehicle repairs.

Your Role

Under the supervision of the Body Shop Manager, you restore damaged vehicles to their original condition, adhering to Mercedes-Benz's high-quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Dent removal and body panel repairs
• Straightening, repairing, or replacing damaged components
• Using specialized body shop tools and equipment
• Performing repairs according to manufacturer standards and recommended methods
• Conducting quality control before vehicle release
• Collaborating with painters, technicians, and other team members
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Following health and safety procedures as well as company quality standards

Required Skills and Experience

• Relevant experience in dent removal and body repairs (minimum 1 year)
• Diploma in bodywork or equivalent training (an asset)
• Good knowledge of body repair techniques
• Rigor, attention to detail, and quality focus
• Ability to work in a team, independently, and reliably
• Meeting repair deadlines
• Knowledge of standards and methods related to Mercedes-Benz vehicles would be a plus
