Job Description

CARSTAR Laval Ste-Rose is looking for an experienced dent repair technician to join its workshop and contribute to restoring vehicles with precision and efficiency. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on quality and customer service, ensuring the integrity of the bodywork is preserved and repair times are optimized.

Main Responsibilities

• Pushing out dents and reshaping metal surfaces without repainting where possible
• Damage diagnosis, repair options assessment, and intervention planning
• Use of dent repair tools (manual and pneumatic tools, hammers and dollies, suction cups, etc.)
• Surface preparation and assistance with touch-ups or additional repairs if necessary
• Strict adherence to safety procedures and workshop quality standards
• Collaborate with body technicians and other team members to ensure compliant repairs within deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in compliance with hygiene and safety rules

Desired Profile and Qualifications

• Minimum experience: 1 year in a dent repair role or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in dent repair techniques and tools; ability to quickly assess damages
• Team spirit, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and follow technical procedures and instructions
• Good organizational skills and time management
