CARSTAR Vaudreuil, located in Vaudreuil-Dorion, is looking for an experienced Director / Estimator to take charge of our estimation department and coordinate repairs with efficiency and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate accurate and competitive quotes using specialized software such as Audatex, Mitchell, and CCC.
• Coordinate all operations between clients, insurance companies, and workshops to provide a seamless experience.
• Supervise the estimation and workshop team, promoting the development and performance of each member.
• Optimize profitability by analyzing costs, margins, and parts management.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in an auto repair shop.
• Proficiency in estimation software (Audatex, Mitchell, CCC, or equivalents).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
• Relevant degree in the field is a plus.

Your Tasks Will Include

• Managing insurance claims and the department’s budget.
• Organizing schedules and implementing development strategies.
• Assessing damages and supervising departmental performance.

Preferred Software and Experiences

• Mitchell On Demand, Audatex, Progi, Repair Center.
• Proven experience of 3 years as an Estimator and Body Shop Director.
