Body Shop Manager — Laval

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee our body shop within a rapidly growing company in the automotive sector.

Your Missions

• Supervise all body shop operations at the dealership, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budgets are met.
• Manage body shop files and ensure follow-up on work described in the repair order, in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact with insurance companies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle claims follow-up.
• Collaborate with other departments and subcontractors for effective communication and optimal quality.
• Participate in manufacturer training programs and share knowledge with the team.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the body shop department.

Desired Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in automotive bodywork.
• In-depth knowledge of repair techniques and automotive painting processes.
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proficiency with computer tools and production management software.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on quality.
