Your Responsibilities

• Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments for the service department.
• Phone Support: Efficiently respond to incoming calls and make outgoing calls (promotions, maintenance reminders, etc.).
• Collaboration: Work closely with the mechanical department team.
• Additional Tasks: Perform various related tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the service.

Desired Profile

• Experience: Experience in automotive mechanical service is considered an asset.
