Job description

• Respond to information requests and assist potential and existing customers from our websites
• Schedule appointments for the sales team using email, phone, and texts
• Manage incoming calls and ensure quality follow-up
• Maintain quality and performance standards in customer contact management and follow-up
• Contribute, if needed, to other related tasks

Requirements

• Customer service experience (essential)

• Employment type: Full-time
• Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour + bonuses
