We are hiring: BDC Agent - Web Customer Contact
Your Mission
As a BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our future customers interested in our vehicles through our online platforms. Your mission: provide professional and efficient service to transform each inquiry into an appointment at the dealership. This position is fully on-site; human interaction is prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via email or web forms.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up with potential clients.
- Schedule appointments at the dealership with sales representatives.
- Update files and information in our internal systems.
Desired Profile
- Organized, autonomous, and meticulous.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Comfortable with computer tools.
- Knowledge of management tools or the automotive sector is an asset.
Working Languages: French is the primary language, in accordance with the Charter of the French Language. An intermediate knowledge of English is strongly recommended for frequent interactions with English-speaking clients.
