Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate workshop work orders according to priorities, deadlines, and technician availability.
• Ensure efficient distribution of incoming and outgoing vehicles and facilitate communication between the workshop, customer service, and parts.
• Monitor the progress of repairs and maintenance, adjust priorities, and inform stakeholders in real time.
• Manage parts requests, labor times, and resources to optimize productivity and profitability.
• Contribute to process improvements, planning tools, and performance indicators.
• Maintain rigorous traceability of information in internal systems and generate activity reports.
• Ensure the quality of interventions and operational safety while providing an optimal customer experience.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum one year of experience in dispatch or planning in an automotive workshop.
• Good knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes and planning tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Team spirit and good communication skills with technicians, service advisors, and management.
• Proficiency with computer tools and workshop management systems; bilingual French/English is an asset.
• Relevant training in mechanics or operations management is preferred.
