- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns aligned with the market and business goals.
- Client Relationships: Build trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring optimal satisfaction of their automotive needs.
- Recruitment and Training: Participate in recruiting new salespeople and contribute to their ongoing training and development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with a history of success or exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Strategic Analysis: Ability to analyze data for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in dealership management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
