Job Description
Deputy Sales Manager – Recreational Vehicles and Services
Location: Saint-Raymond, Portneuf
Dion Sports, a dealership of motorcycles and off-road vehicles, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Deputy Sales Manager. Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you will help drive sales performance, support the team, and optimize the customer experience to strengthen our position as a regional leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales and customer service team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and high performance.
- Develop and implement the sales plan and promotions for products and services (motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, marine, trailers, etc.).
- Oversee customer reception, demonstrations, and lead management (CRM); follow up on prospects and closing deals.
- Analyze KPIs and produce reports for the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with the service and parts departments to ensure commercial efficiency and quality after-sales service.
- Participate in inventory management, ordering, and forecasting.
- Contribute to training and skills development of the sales team.
- Contribute to the development of promotions, window displays, and events.
Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales supervisory role; ideally in the recreational vehicle or automotive sector.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, natural leadership, and ability to motivate a team.
- Strong analytical skills (CRM, Excel, KPI tracking) and ability to interpret data to optimize results.
- Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
- Relevant degree in administration, business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Availability to work in the Saint-Raymond/Portneuf region.
