Deputy Sales Director – Ford Île-Perrot (Autoforce Group)

Your Opportunity
- Shared position: approximately 70% sales and 30% management responsibilities
- Continue to perform in sales while developing your managerial skills

- Support from web services (BDC), marketing, administration, and human resources

Profile and Qualifications Sought
- Relevant experience in car sales (minimum 3 years)
- Strong team spirit and ability to create a motivating work environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual in French and English (to serve English-speaking clients)
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in vehicle sales
- Train, develop, manage, and motivate the sales team, in collaboration with management
- Support advisors in processing and finalizing sales
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and performance of the sales department
