Assistant Sales Director – Audi West Island (Dollard-Des-Ormeaux, QC)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Director in planning and daily operational management.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team (advisors and sales representatives) with clear objectives and regular follow-up.
• Participate in defining and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Oversee the customer experience in the showroom and during test drives, ensuring high-end service and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for the Sales Director; adjust action plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with parts and accessories, financing, and after-sales departments to optimize the offerings and sales process.
• Ensure compliance with Audi standards, internal procedures, and safety standards.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating team members.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (training, tools, processes) to optimize commercial efficiency.
• Manage specific sales activities: « Closing / T.O. » closures, commercial fleet sales, and exchanges between dealerships.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or sales management role, ideally in the automotive or luxury sector.
• Leadership capable of uniting and motivating a team; excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to analyze data and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and commercial management software; knowledge of Audi models and electric SUVs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation; neat and professional appearance.
• Bilingual French-English preferred; ability to communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Availability to work varied hours; team spirit and adaptability.
