Your Missions
In support of the Sales Director, you will be a key player on the ground:
- Coach and motivate our team of sales advisors.
- Assist in "T.O." sales closures and strategic negotiations.
- Ensure the structuring and validation of transactions.
- Monitor performance indicators closely to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the department in the absence of the Sales Director.
Desired Profile
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with proven ability in supporting complex sales closures.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and coach a sales team.
- Quick Decision-Making Skills: Make informed choices on the floor.
- Mastery of Performance Indicators: Knowledge of margins and targets.
- Language Skills: French required; functional English recommended.
- Knowledge of Tools: Experience with Merlin, Activix, or SERTI systems is a plus.
