Required Qualifications

• Technical diploma in accounting
• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive sector
• Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office and accounting software)
• Personal skills: honesty, integrity, and respect
• Team spirit, punctuality, rigor, and dedication

Main Tasks

• Act as an accounting clerk (sales files and general accounting) and perform accounting tasks based on experience
• Record and process daily accounting transactions
• Verify and analyze business operations (receipts/disbursements reports, sales contracts, parts/service reports)
• Reconcile bank accounts daily
• Prepare monthly statements and deliver them to clients
• Analyze certain ledger accounts and note unusual entries for verification
• Participate in the monthly closing of accounting journals and ledger
• Compile reports and participate in special projects upon request
• Organize and plan the filing of accounting documents
• Manage full payroll, remittances, and related reports
• Perform other tasks as needed and directed by management

Experience

• 1 year of relevant experience; ideally as an assistant controller in the automotive sector
