Job Description

In collaboration with sales managers, you will contact existing clients of the ALBI Group to present renewal opportunities and generate qualified appointments at the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing clients of the ALBI Group.
• Present renewal offers and opportunities tailored to their needs.
• Schedule and confirm appointments at the dealership.
• Document customer needs and information in internal tools (CRM).
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure quality follow-up.

Desired Profile

• Experience in customer service (call centers, sales, reception, or other). Experience with an English-speaking clientele is an asset.
• Comfort with outgoing calls and telephone communication.
• Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken (an asset).
• Autonomy, positive attitude, and strong customer service orientation.
• No automotive experience required – training and support provided.
• Motivated by performance and working in a structured and collaborative environment.

Working Conditions and Benefits

• Permanent full-time position, on-site in Mascouche.
• Flexible day and evening hours (until 7 p.m.) and some Saturdays.
• Commission-based compensation: $75,000 to $100,000+ annually, depending on performance.
