Appointment Clerk – Experience in the Automotive Industry
Genesis Rive-Sud, located in Brossard, Quebec, is looking for an experienced Appointment Clerk to join our team. You will be at the heart of the customer experience, ensuring efficient appointment management and seamless coordination between the service department and our clients. Main Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to appointments.
- Schedule and coordinate after-sales service appointments, optimizing resource use and technician schedules.
- Update customer records and the appointment scheduling system (CRM/PMS) accurately.
- Perform reminders, handle cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Work closely with service teams to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
- Monitor appointment flow performance indicators and suggest operational improvements.
Profile Sought
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computer tools and appointment management/CRM systems; accuracy and rigor in documentation.
- Positive attitude, autonomy, versatility, and team spirit.
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
