Follow-Up Coordinator – Mauricie Toyota

The St-Louis Group is seeking a follow-up coordinator to join the Mauricie Toyota team. Do you enjoy customer contact, provide professional service, and ensure thorough follow-up? This position is for you.

Mission

Under the authority of the service manager, you proactively follow up with clients to promote appointment scheduling and foster loyalty. You also act as a technical advisor when necessary, offering personalized service to department clients.

Responsibilities

Follow-up Role (70%)

• Contact clients to promote recommended maintenance services.
• Make follow-up calls and ensure proactive follow-up.
• Follow up with clients having deferred or declined work and propose new service appointments.
• Schedule, modify, and confirm maintenance and repair appointments.
• Analyze the follow-up list and meet objectives.
• Respond to inquiries by phone or email.
• Perform any other related duties requested by management.

Technical Advice Role (30%)

• Greet service clients and gather their needs.
• Open work orders and explain recommendations and work to be performed.
• Present estimates and obtain necessary approvals.
• Ensure regular follow-up with clients and close work orders.
• Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Profile

• Experience in customer service or appointment scheduling.
• Experience in the automotive field (asset).
• Experience as a technical advisor (asset).
• Excellent communication skills and ease with phone calls.
• Autonomy, rigor, and prioritization skills.
• Professionalism and customer service orientation.

Working Conditions and Benefits

• Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
• Salary: starting at $22/hour + performance bonus.
