Job Opportunity: Appointment Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

• Appointment Scheduling: Organize appointments for the mechanical service department.
• Appointment Confirmation: Validate appointments with customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Incoming Calls: Manage incoming calls and respond to service-related inquiries.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the mechanical department team to ensure the best customer experience.
• Related Tasks: Perform any other related tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Similar Experience: Ideally have experience in customer service or in the automotive industry, considered an asset.
• Replacement Capability: Be able to replace the service advisor during their time off.
• Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of automotive mechanics is highly desired.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Multitasking Ability: Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an appointment coordinator.
• Familiarity with SERTI - Administration and SDS software.
