Job Description
Accounting Clerk – Morand Ford Lincoln (Sainte-Catherine, QC)
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team at Morand Ford Lincoln. Reporting to the controller, the successful candidate will support the accounting department and actively participate in the entire accounting cycle.
About the position
- Employment type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week)
- Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., in-person
- Compensation: Highly competitive, based on experience and skills
Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile daily deposits
- Record sales of new and used vehicles
- Calculate commissions and perform tasks related to payroll preparation
- Reconcile supplier statements with the general ledger
- Provide general support to the accounting department
- Follow up on accounts receivable
Desired profile
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Versatility, dynamism, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail and meticulousness
- Knowledge of SERTI software (an asset)
- Experience in the automotive sector (an asset)

- 2 years as an Accounting Clerk/Technician
