Sales Clerk Accountant

• Position to be filled within a car dealership

Main responsibilities

• Record sales and exchanges between dealerships
• Record vehicle purchases and manage inventories in the general ledger
• Monitor receivables related to sales and oversee vehicle financing in inventory
• Produce and analyze various reports required by management

Desired profile (qualifications and skills)

• Accounting experience: minimum of 2 years
• Experience in the automotive dealership sector: an asset
• Knowledge of the SERTI system: an asset
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to work independently
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in French; English is an asset

• Filing and managing accounting documents
• General accounting and data entry
• Discounting and follow-up on sales files

• 1 year as a Sales Secretary
