Accounting Clerk – Kia Complex (Montreal)

Key Responsibilities

• Verify sales records and ensure their completeness and compliance
• Record sales of new and used vehicles
• Track transactions related to sales, exchanges, and lease buy-backs
• Record Fleet sales
• Process salesperson commissions
• Enter and classify accounting data
• Enter invoices and manage accounts payable
• Monitor customer and supplier accounts
• Perform necessary accounting entries
• Prepare checks for vehicle deliveries
• Handle daily bank deposits
• Follow up on files with different departments
• Participate in account reconciliations and verifications
• Perform various administrative and accounting tasks
• Collaborate with the controller and other dealership departments
• Carry out any other tasks related to the accounting department

Profile Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting
• Experience in a car dealership: an asset
• Good knowledge of Keyloop: an asset
• Organized, autonomous, and precise individual
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good team spirit and collaboration skills
• Professional and positive attitude
