Mont-Royal Chevrolet is looking for a part-time Accounting Clerk to strengthen its team.

Schedule and Compensation

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Salary: up to $23/hour, depending on experience

Main Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative and accounting tasks
• Enter and verify accounting data
• Process invoices, accounts payable, and administrative documents
• File and archive documents
• Reconcile and verify accounts as needed
• Prepare various reports and administrative follow-ups
• Ensure the accuracy of information entered into the systems
• Collaborate with the accounting team and other dealership departments
• Perform other required administrative tasks

Area of Intervention

• General accounting
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Data entry and control

Profile Sought

• Relevant experience in accounting or administration; experience in the automotive sector is an asset
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort with computer tools
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• Autonomy combined with a good team spirit
• Professionalism and good communication skills
