Job Description

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, record supporting documents, and track payments
• Enter and verify accounting entries, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with monthly closings
• Participate in internal control and improve accounting procedures; ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the Sales, Service, and Parts departments to ensure data accuracy and financial flow
• Support the department with administrative tasks related to accounting
• Manage daily deposits and cash register

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of financial data and their traceability
• Rigorously monitor deadlines and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes
• Maintain smooth interface with internal teams and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or equivalent training; minimum of 1 year of accounting experience required
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools (Excel preferred)
• Sharp organizational skills, rigor, and discretion; ability to manage priorities in a dynamic context
• Team spirit, good communication skills; bilingual in French/English appreciated
• Ability to work in a client-oriented environment and meet deadlines
