Your Main Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and recording sales files.
• Monitoring expenses and receivables (vehicle sales).
• Verifying and recording work orders.
• Processing check requisitions.
• Managing used vehicle purchases.
• Entering warranties and balancing commissions.
• Following up on wholesale financing.
• General accounting tasks (as needed).

Skills and Experience Required

• Relevant experience in accounting and in a car dealership (a major asset).
• Knowledge of the PBS system (an asset).
• Initiative, professionalism, and diligence.
• Dynamism, teamwork spirit, and autonomy.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Good organizational skills and priority management.
