Job Description The successful candidate is responsible for processing accounts payable, verifying supplier invoices, and monitoring payments. You will also assist with daily accounting operations and necessary reconciliations to ensure accurate financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Managing accounts payable (AP): verifying, entering, and processing supplier invoices
• Monitoring payments and following up with partners
• Bank and account reconciliations, and supporting daily accounting operations
• Participating in the preparation of reconciliations and periodic reports
• Administrative support and collaboration with other departments

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (accounting/accounts payable)
• High rigor, attention to detail, and excellent prioritization skills
• Team spirit and ability to work independently
• Good mastery of IT tools and accounting software
• Knowledge of PBS Systems is a plus

Skills and Software

• Proficiency with accounting software and office tools
• PBS Systems (asset)
