Main responsibilities

• Record vehicle sales and inter-dealership trades
• Record vehicle purchases
• Manage general ledger inventories
• Track receivables related to vehicle sales
• Manage financing for vehicles in inventory
• Prepare various reports requested by management
• Assist with processing, verification, and reconciliation of invoices

Required qualifications and skills

• Experience in accounting
• Experience in the automotive dealership industry (an asset)
• Knowledge of Reynolds systems (an asset)
• Bilingual in French and English
• Data management skills

Experience required

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounting Clerk / Accounting Technician
