Job Description
Administrative Coordinator and Accounting
Chomedey Hyundai Dealership – Groupe Leclair
We are looking for a versatile and organized person to support administrative, accounting, and organizational activities within the Chomedey Hyundai dealership. Reporting to management, you will play a key role in managing accounting and administrative files and contribute to smooth operational functioning.
Responsibilities
Accounting Aspect
- Perform the complete accounting cycle for internal management companies.
- Manage, verify, and reconcile corporate expense accounts.
- Handle administrative follow-up with banks and external partners.
- Keep files and accounting records up to date.
- Collaborate with the administrative team on internal accounting and administrative files.
- Participate in year-end file management.
Administrative Support and Management Assistance
- Manage the General Director’s schedule and administrative follow-ups.
- Track and coordinate documents for signatures.
- Organize meetings, dinners, and other internal activities.
- Manage office supplies and specialized orders.
- Participate in administrative and operational projects as needed.
Coordination and Corporate Life
- Coordinate donation management for various entities of the Group.
- Assist in organizing internal events (holiday parties, associated activities, etc.).
- Promote a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to ensure follow-up on files.
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
Profile
- DEC in accounting or related field; 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel.
- Bilingual in French–English required (oral and written).
- Excellent writing skills.
- Rigor, meticulousness, and organizational sense; effective management of multiple files and priorities.
- Versatility, resourcefulness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Interest in activity coordination and corporate life.
- Knowledge of Simple Comptable/SAGE software is an asset.
Conditions and Benefits
- 35-hour workweek (flexibility possible).
- On-site work only.
- Salary starting from $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
