Important Information We are looking for a Sales Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team in the Laval region. You will be involved in the accounting management of vehicles and supporting dealerships in their financial flows.

Main Responsibilities

• Record vehicle sales
• Record exchanges between dealerships
• Record vehicle purchases
• Manage the general ledger inventories
• Follow up on receivables related to vehicle sales
• Manage vehicle financing in inventory
• Prepare various reports for management

Daily Tasks

• File documents
• Record sales
• General accounting
• Data entry and control
• Discounting and tracking sales files

Profile Wanted

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Accounting experience: minimum 2 years
• Experience in the automobile dealership sector (an asset)
• Knowledge of the SERTI system (an asset)

Desired Experience

• 1 year as a Sales Secretary
• 1 year as an Accounting Clerk / Technician
