Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Payroll Clerk (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Location: Laval, Quebec — On-site | Schedule: 35 hours/week

Position Background

• Maternity leave replacement for one year, with the possibility of advancement within the company.
• Versatile role within an automotive dealership, collaborating with various departments.

Main Responsibilities

• Enter and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Verify, process, and file invoices and accounting documents.
• Perform daily bank deposits.
• Track payments and customer accounts.
• Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with DAS, CPA, and CNESST requirements.
• Perform various administrative and accounting tasks.
• Collaborate with dealership departments to ensure smooth processes.

Profile Sought

• Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and/or payroll.
• Asset: experience in the automotive sector or at a dealership.
• Proficiency with Serti software.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and reliability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good team spirit and discretion.

Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am – 12:30 pm
• Total: 35 hours per week
