Accounting Clerk / Technician – Jaguar Land Rover West-Island (Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC)

Join our finance team and contribute to the reliability of accounting information while supporting the operational activities of the dealership. You will collaborate with the sales, service, and parts teams to ensure accurate processing of financial flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Entry and verification of daily accounting entries and supporting documents.
• Management of accounts payable and receivable: processing invoices, following up on payments, and reconciliations.
• Bank reconciliations and account balancing.
• Preparation of monthly reports and management support.
• Participation in the monthly closing process and inventory.
• Continuous improvement of processes and contribution to internal controls.
• Cross-department collaboration to ensure data consistency and adherence to deadlines.

Profile Sought

• Minimum experience: 1 year in accounting or as an accounting clerk.
• Education in accounting, administration, or finance (DEC/DEP or equivalent).
• Fluency in French; operational English appreciated.
• Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of accounting software.
• Rigor, team spirit, organizational skills, and ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
• Discretion and concern for data quality.
