Accountant – Automotive at Méga Kia Brossard

We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of accountant at Méga Kia Brossard, a recognized Kia dealership serving the Brossard area. The holder will report to the accounting department and work closely with the sales and financing departments to ensure rigorous financial management of files.

Responsibilities

• Record sales files and ensure traceability of transactions within accounting systems.
• Manage payment of financing balances and handle associated administrative follow-up.
• Verify sales schedules and ensure their consistency with financial documents.
• Perform other related tasks related to accounting and administrative support.
• Payroll processing: employee payroll, deductions, and related reports.
• Production of financial statements and budget management.
• Management of accounts payable and receivable.
• Bank reconciliations and data entry.
• Monitoring and control of administrative processes related to accounting.

Profile (Requirements)

• Accounting training (relevant diploma).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive field (automotive sales file accounting).
• Autonomy, excellent organization, and quick learning ability.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written); professional English desirable.
• Integrity and rigor in work, attention to detail.
