Workshop Supervisor – Automotive Sector

We are seeking a motivated Workshop Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and ensure that repairs are compliant and efficient, while maintaining a high level of after-sales customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Apply warranty policies and manufacturer guidelines and ensure compliance.
  • Fairly allocate tasks among technicians and monitor the progress of repairs.
  • Provide technical support and ensure correct allocation of repairs.
  • Control the quality of work and carry out inspections and road tests.
  • Maintain a high-quality repair service and minimize returns to the workshop.
  • Manage customer complaints in collaboration with management and contribute to optimizing service performance (daily operations, efficiency and productivity, reports, forecasting periods).
  • Oversee the condition of the workshop (cleanliness, safety, and equipment) and supervise the organization and inventory of special tools.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and hazardous waste management.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

  • Experience in work management and allocation; ability to motivate and unite a team.
  • Excellent technical skills in automotive mechanics and ability to support technicians.
  • Leadership, rigor, organization, and attention to detail; adherence to health and safety rules.
  • Skills in managing tools and inventories; ability to analyze and improve processes.
  • Preferred education: diploma or equivalent experience in automotive maintenance, with experience in workshop supervision being an advantage.
