Job Description
Administrator of warranty — Independent contractor (Automobile)
We are looking for 1 to 2 independent professionals to manage warranty files and contribute to process improvements in the automotive sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage warranty files and customer claims, verify eligibility, and apply exclusions.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure fast and accurate warranty processing.
- Collaborate with after-sales service teams, quality assurance, and suppliers to resolve disputes.
- Record and update information in management systems (CRM/ERP and internal databases).
- Prepare reports on warranty trends and suggest improvements.
- Communicate professionally with customers and partners.
Profile
- Good knowledge of the automotive sector.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, warranty management systems, CRM/ERP) and ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Availability of 20 to 40 hours per week.
- Ability to work independently remotely.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in roles related to warranty or claims management (beneficial: experience as a technical advisor).
