Job Description

Guarantee Administrator - Independent Contractor (20-40 hours/week) - Laval

MASJ Services is accelerating its expansion in the automotive sector and is seeking 1 to 2 independent guarantee administrators to support our growth. You will manage warranty files and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, in collaboration with internal teams and our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage warranty files and customer claims: verify eligibility, apply exclusions, and ensure prompt processing.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure accurate and efficient warranty handling.
  • Collaborate with after-sales, quality teams, and suppliers to resolve disputes.
  • Record and update information in management systems (CRM/ERP and internal databases).
  • Prepare reports on warranty trends and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and partners.

Desired Profile

  • Good knowledge of the automotive sector and warranty processes.
  • Strong computer skills (Office suite, warranty management systems, CRM/ERP) and ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Availability of 20 to 40 hours per week; autonomous and capable of remote work.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles related to warranty, customer service, or technical support.
  • An asset: experience as a technical advisor or in an automotive technical role.
