Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell new Volvo and Polestar vehicles
- Guide customers throughout the purchasing process and answer their questions
- Present features, options, financing, and related services
- Qualify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and close sales
- Follow up with customers and keep the CRM up to date
- Work closely with sales and service teams to achieve goals
Profile sought
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally in automotive sales
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Customer service mindset, organizational skills, and autonomy
- Initiative, good judgment, priority management, and adaptability
- Professional conduct and alignment with the employer’s image
- Knowledge of new vehicles and the sales process is a plus; familiarity with Volvo/Polestar ranges is preferred
