Hyundai Casavant is seeking a passionate leader to oversee and develop the used vehicle department. Our dealership sells approximately 500 new vehicles and 500 used vehicles annually, establishing itself as a market leader through a high-performing team and a family-oriented spirit.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum experience: 1 year as a Sales Director (ideally in the used vehicle sector)
• Valid driver's license
• Fluent in French; ability to communicate clearly with team and clients
• Leadership spirit, results-oriented, and capable of uniting a team
• Excellent negotiation skills, inventory management, and budget analysis

Key Responsibilities

• Purchasing used vehicles and negotiating with suppliers
• Buying at auctions and online platforms
• Business development and acquiring new clients
• Hiring and managing the used vehicle department staff
• Closing sales and managing the TO process (Closing / TO)
• Administrative management and inventory oversight
• Budget and human resources management (schedules, planning)
• Implementing business and operational strategies
• Supervising the used vehicle sales department
• Evaluating and pricing used vehicles
